Amount of funding: HUF 76.992 million
The aim of the project is to strengthen employer representation capacities, revitalise social dialogue, and establish new foundations for collective interest representation in the tourism and hospitality sector.
As part of the project, the organisation is expanding its team by recruiting new staff members, including a PR officer and a macroeconomic expert. The macroeconomic expert analyses sectoral trends, prepares forecasts, and incorporates survey results into the development of sectoral dialogue. The increased HR capacity enables VIMOSZ to conduct nationwide surveys on employer and employee needs, with the findings being utilised through targeted training programmes, analyses, and communication campaigns. In addition, the training and professional development of existing employees is being implemented in order to strengthen organisational operations.
The programme contributes to preparing member companies for current economic, social, and regulatory challenges, with particular emphasis on seasonal fluctuations, employee turnover, and labour shortages, which have a significant impact on the tourism and hospitality sector.
